Job Opportunity: Lot Attendant

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Night Shift (9:30pm - 6am Sunday-Thursday) | Availability on weekends and holidays as needed
Work Setting: On-site

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to support our recovery operations. This role is essential to maintaining the organization, security, and cleanliness of our vehicle lot while ensuring a smooth process for vehicle intake and release.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process vehicles from Recovery Agents and third-party vendors
• Clean out vehicles and properly bag and tag all personal property
• Conduct detailed inventory of vehicles, contents, and equipment
• Assist customers and internal staff with vehicle releases, ensuring all paperwork is complete
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old (for insurance purposes)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling personal property
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
