We are currently seeking to fill this full-time Lot Attendant/Camera Car Driver position immediately. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and motivated candidate looking for a stable weekday schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and releasing repossessed vehicles in the mornings then after lunch, driving a company vehicle around the area to help to locate units assigned for recovery. Pay is hourly and fulltime. 

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or third-party vendors.
• Clean out vehicles when they return to the lot. Bag and tag all personal property. 
• Conduct inventory of vehicles, property, and equipment at the lot. 
• Work with customers, both internal and external, to release vehicles. Confirm all the necessary paperwork.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot. 
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to act in a discreet manner.
• Proven ability to work without direct supervision, yet follow directions and effectively communicate with others.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
• Familiarity with a smartphone and tablet. Ability to troubleshoot minor connectivity issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read maps, follow directions, and locate addresses easily.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
