Who we’re looking for:


As an SMB Sales Manager at ParentSquare, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of new logo and upsell opportunities in your assigned territory. You’ll drive strategic outreach efforts, partner with SDRs to generate and follow up on leads, and collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation Managers to ensure a smooth post-sale experience for our customers.


Most importantly, you’re someone who shares in our passion for improving the lives of students through communication. 


This role will include:

  • Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound opportunities across assigned territory.
  • Execute strategic outreach campaigns to uncover and develop new logo and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with SDRs to coordinate outreach strategies, follow up on qualified leads, and maintain consistent prospect engagement.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation Managers to ensure seamless handoffs and deliver a positive, “delightful” customer experience.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that effectively communicate ParentSquare’s features, benefits, and differentiators.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in HubSpot, ensuring strong hygiene and reliable forecasting.
  • Attend in person conferences and meetings, requiring 20 - 30% travel.
  • Submit weekly pipeline reports and performance updates to the SMB Sales Director.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to overall team revenue targets.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams including SDR, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role will be 65k-80k + variable comp plan, DOE.
