About the role
A Member Contact Center (MCC) Representative assists members with a variety of member services requests providing solutions while enhancing the member experiences through positive, efficient, accurate and professional interactions. They perform account maintenance functions and build relationships with members and potential members. In addition, they are proficient at identifying cross-sell opportunities. They support members and coworker inquiries through phone, chat and secure messaging, and email requests, and provide support to other departments as requested or needed. They may backup new accounts. Hours MCC representatives work 35 hours a week, Monday through Friday. After satisfactory completion of your probationary period , MCC Reps have the potential to work remotely. Qualifications · A high school education or equivalent. · One or more years of similar or related experience preferred. · Prior customer relations experience preferred. · Ability to stay on task, good organizational skills desired. · Attention to detail is essential. |
The pay range for this role is:
21 - 21 USD per hour (Columbia Falls)
