About the Role

ParTee Shack is on the lookout for a skilled, hands-on maintenance technician to join our team! As a Part-Time Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our mini golf courses ⛳, tactical laser tag setups 🎯, and various other attractions at both our ParTee Shack locations in Raleigh and our additional facility, Battle and Birdie in Raleigh. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a passion for mechanical and electrical systems, we’d love to meet you! 🤗

Hours: ⏰ Approximately 30–40 hours per week

Pay Rate: 💰 $18–$21 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience
Pay Schedule: 📅 Weekly, every Friday
Age Requirement: 🧑‍🎤 Must be 18 or older
Availability: 🗓️ Work week and must be available to work weekends

Monthly Allowance: You will receive a monthly allowance for traveling between all three locations.

What you'll do

• 🔧 Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mini golf courses, tactical laser tag systems, and various attraction-related equipment.
• ⚙️ Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, implementing effective solutions as needed.
• 🛠️ Assist in the assembly and maintenance of attractions, ensuring they remain fun and safe for our guests.
• 🧹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• 😊 Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
• 📝 Track and document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately.
• ✅ Performs all duties as assigned, in a timely manner.
• 🚧 Maintains all safety procedures and safeguards all company tools and equipment
  
  

Qualifications:

• 🛠️ 3+ years of hands-on maintenance and supervisory experience in multifamily or similar environments.
• 🛠️ Prior experience in maintenance, mechanics, carpentry, electronics, and facilities management.
• ⚡ Familiarity with electric motors and small engines is a plus.
• 🤝 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 🔍 Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• 💬 Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
• 💪 Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• 💻 Advance computer skills; must be able to use computer software,
• ⚙️To be able to dismembered and assemble computers and electronic features.
• 📖 Ability to read/understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Education:

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, or Technical
