About the role

• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at ParTee Shack. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Whether it’s supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, or enhancing customer satisfaction, you’ll help create a fun and engaging environment that keeps visitors coming back for more.

Eligibility Requirement:

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.

What you'll do

• Check-in guests for mini-golf and activities*
• Arcade ticket redemption
• Sell and serve drinks
• Confirming parties in person and over the phone
• Attend to party room needs during birthday and corporate parties
• Cleaning duties at the start, throughout, and end of your shift
• Work with the best team ever to deliver the ultimate ParTee shack experience
• Lead customers through go-kart briefing*
• Marshal go-kart races*

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work both indoors and outdoors.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
