About the role

• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at ParTee Shack. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Whether it’s supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, or enhancing customer satisfaction, you’ll help create a fun and engaging environment that keeps visitors coming back for more.

Eligibility Requirement:

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position and available to work Saturdays.

What you'll do

• 🎟 Welcome & Check-In:
  Greet guests with a smile and check them in for mini golf and arcade attractions.
• 🎉 Party Support:
  Confirm party bookings in person and over the phone. Assist with setup, service, and cleanup during birthday and corporate events to ensure every celebration is a hit.
• 🍔 Food & Beverage Service:
  Prepare menu items and serve drinks with a friendly and efficient attitude.
• 🎮 Arcade Fun:
  Assist guests with ticket redemption and help create a memorable arcade experience.
• 🧹 Keep It Clean:
  Maintain cleanliness throughout your shift—including opening and closing duties—to ensure a fresh, fun, and safe environment.

  Collaborate with the best team ever to deliver the Ultimate ParTee Shack Experience every time!

Qualifications

• ✅ A positive attitude and friendly personality – We're looking for team players who love creating memorable moments and making people smile!
• 🎯 Strong interpersonal skills – Able to connect with guests of all ages and create a welcoming environment.
• 🗣 Effective communication and confident problem-solving – Keep things running smoothly while delivering great service.
• 🌟 Experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus – Not required though! We’re happy to train the right person.
• ⚡ Multitasking and organizational skills – You’ll thrive in our fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
• 🏋️ Physical ability – Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• 🎓 Education – High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
