About the role
As Brand Manager, you’ll own the marketing of multiple brands within Partner.Co’s product portfolio including identifying promotional opportunities, updating positioning to be relevant and compelling, and coordinating the creation and deployment of marketing communication. The Brand Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, R&D, sales, quality, procurement, finance, business intelligence, brand partners, and customer service to ensure that products are marketed optimally.

- Develop and manage the product lifecycle, including identifying new products, growing existing products, rebranding, repositioning, repricing, or retiring products and marketing communications plan.
- Monitor products globally and identify areas for growth.
- Manage the product lifecycle including identifying new products; growing existing products; rebranding, repositioning, repricing, or retiring products.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory issues to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Translate scientific study results into impactful marketing strategyBachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, or a related field is required. while simultaneously advising copywriters and designers on how to execute this vision.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrate experience with product development and product lifecycle management.
- Creative and analytic thinking.
- Ability to identify marketing activities that yield the greatest financial return.
- Have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with an extremely strong creative ability.
- Act as a recognized subject matter expert within the company.
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally when required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years progressive marketing experience required.
