About the role

Step into the vibrant world of wellness and contribute your artistic flair to a diverse range of products, from invigorating supplements to nourishing skin care. As a key member of our close-knit Marketing team, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the visual narrative of our beloved wellness brands, encompassing everything from wellness drinks and protein shakes to body care essentials.

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our creative process, crafting compelling designs both for digital and printed use, including designs for social media, marketing emails, website but also banners and catalogues. Collaborating closely with the Creative Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the development and adaptation of all designed assets across the EMEA region. Your creativity will ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, maintaining the integrity of our brand's aesthetic while laying the groundwork for future promotional endeavours.

What you'll do

The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in visually communicating the vibrant essence of our wellness brands. Supporting the Creative Manager, you will play a key role in both the creation and adaptation of designed assets across the EMEA region. Your contributions are vital to the smooth operation of all campaigns, ensuring a consistent visual narrative across previous and upcoming campaigns. By producing engaging designs for a wide array of digital and printed marketing materials, you will significantly enhance brand recognition and support the ongoing development of our brand’s story. This position requires a collaborative approach to work closely with the Creative Manager, ensuring brand consistency and upholding high-quality standards across all visual outputs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities - Your Role in Shaping Our Wellness Brand's Future:

  • Design Excellence
    • Play a pivotal role in crafting and refining social media visuals, email marketing designs and various online and print assets.
    • Skillfully adapt designs to incorporate various translations, ensuring global appeal and relevance.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Creative Manager to continually enhance the aesthetic of our online platforms.
    • Work harmoniously with local and international teams, upholding design consistency and brand integrity.
    • Respond to and creatively fulfill ad hoc design requests specific to our European marketing efforts.
  • Event Support
    • Contribute to the creation of striking design assets for a range of events.
    • Be actively involved in events, ensuring the highest standards of production are met.
    • Assist in the effective display and presentation of materials at events, enhancing attendee engagement.
  • Organisational Contribution
    • Maintain impeccable organisation of files and work processes, and proactively seek ways to improve these systems.
  • Adaptability and Growth
    • Embrace a variety of other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the business's evolving needs.
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field: We're looking for someone who's not only passionate about design but also has the academic background to support it.
    • 2-4 years of hands-on corporate experience in Graphic Design or a related role: We believe in the power of experience. Your previous work in a corporate setting will help you hit the ground running.
    • Software Proficiency:
      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Specifically, we're interested in your skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. If you can bring these tools to life, you're off to a great start.
      • Familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects: While not mandatory, knowledge of these applications would be a bonus. They can add an exciting dynamic to our projects.
    • Additional Skills: 
      • Strong portfolio: Show us what you've got! Your portfolio is your canvas to display your creative prowess.
      • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills: As you'll be an integral part of our closely-knit Marketing team, you'll need to liaise with colleagues both locally and globally, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a corporate environment.
      • A meticulous eye for detail: Ensuring that every design element aligns flawlessly with our brand's aesthetic and resonates with our diverse audience.

The pay range for this role is:
