About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Clinic Success Manager to manage a portfolio of relationships among our fast-growing customer base. PatchRx sells a turnkey remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) solution to pain management clinics, and our key customer relationships are with clinic owners, providers, and administrators who manage day-to-day operations. The Clinic Success Manager will be a trusted partner to our customers to guide the clinic towards a successful adoption of PatchRx.
Reporting to the Director of Clinic Success, the ideal candidate for this role is someone who enjoys building relationships, problem solving, and driving execution of company goals. They are quick on their feet and able to tackle unforeseen challenges on a regular basis. This candidate is excited about the opportunity of building an amazing company, invigorated by change, and able to do whatever it takes to help us win.
This role will function as an account manager by executing our playbook to engage, grow, and retain customers and will work cross-functionally with our Implementation, Nursing, and Product/Engineering teams to support these initiatives. Since we partner with physical clinics, this role will require regular travel to visit clients.
What you'll do
Be the main point of contact and establish trusted, professional relationships with our customers
Lead regular check-ins and success touchpoints to deliver reports and present KPIs
Guide the financial success of PatchRx by sharing best practices, identifying growth opportunities, and working with internal teams to support our customers
Contribute to the development and execution of our Success playbooks to drive customer engagement and program confidence
Visit clinics to complete program assessments and meet with stakeholders
Think outside the box to find new ways to increase PatchRx adoption and engagement
Qualifications
Must haves:
BA/BS
At least 3 years of experience in account/client management or medical device/pharmaceutical sales
Experience working with healthcare providers, nurses, healthcare facilities, or a health tech company
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead meetings and presentations to drive program value and deliver insights
Experience with business analytics and building dashboards
Proficiency in G Suite and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
Nice to haves:
Startup experience
Knowledge of health insurance and or revenue cycle management
Proficiency in Hubspot or other CRM tools
