• Open claims (medi-cal, medicare, Tricare, Machinify)
• NOS - send out notice of settlement 
• Scanning mail in proper folder for all cases
• Calling health insurance for updates 
• If needed to call clients for insurance info that may be missing
• Updating SF with proper documentation for all department's
• Working closely with Liens for finals or opening any or entities necessary.
• Submitting reductions
