Job Description

This is a remote role, with a slight preference for someone in California who could come into our office in Irvine, CA on a regular basis.


We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join our growing finance team. Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, this role will be instrumental in supporting the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will strongly support our commercial organization (Sales & Marketing). 



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of PatientFi’s Operating Model
  • Maintain corporate wide product profitability tools
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to gather data and insights for financial planning including volume forecasting
  • Prepare, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and variances
  • Participate in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process
  • Help prepare materials for executive and Board-level presentations
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes


Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with financial systems preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
  • Experience in fintech or consumer lending is a plus
  • Experience working with commercial (Sales & Marketing) organizations is a plus
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP is preferred
