Role Overview

The Sr. Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting our Product and Development Organization by uncovering insights from user journeys and product interactions. You’ll leverage advanced analytics tools to navigate our ecosystem curiously, identifying opportunities to enhance processes for practices and patients alike. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and collaborative energy to translate data into impactful recommendations that guide our lending and financing innovations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Insights and Optimization: Curiously explore product and user journeys using tools like SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Heap, and AI-driven analytics to identify friction points, funnel drop-offs, approval rates, and utilization trends—turning raw data into actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Measure and Report Performance: Own the end-to-end measurement of product metrics, including adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, and unit economics, while building intuitive dashboards in Looker for real-time visibility across the organization.
  • Collaborate on Feature Development: Partner closely with Product Managers to define KPIs for new features, track post-launch performance, and provide data-backed recommendations to refine user experiences for both healthcare practices and patients.
  • Experiment and Innovate: Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses, leveraging statistical analysis to inform lending workflow enhancements and AI integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work hand-in-hand with Development, Operations, and Risk/Underwriting teams to supply data points that inform credit performance, risk modeling, and strategic decisions—ensuring a holistic, data-driven approach to our platform’s evolution.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor fintech lending benchmarks, healthcare technology advancements, and competitive landscapes to proactively suggest strategies that keep us at the forefront of patient financing innovation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–8+ years in product analytics, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record in technology-driven environments (fintech, payments, lending, or healthcare tech preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL expertise; hands-on experience with BigQuery for data warehousing, Looker for visualization and dashboards, Heap for behavioral analytics, and AI tools for predictive modeling and insight generation.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in experimentation design, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and funnel optimization—demonstrated ability to navigate complex user journeys and distill insights that drive measurable improvements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional storyteller with data; able to translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives that influence cross-functional teams, from developers to senior leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related); Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Mindset: A curious explorer at heart, thriving in fast-paced settings where data fuels innovation and empathy for users (practices and patients) shapes decisions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Heap)
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
