Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, Payment Sales is directly responsible for leading the payments cross sales initiative. This position will facilitate as the team manager and will be responsible for achieving the payments cross sales team’s quota.

  • A self-starter with a successful sales track record as a hunter and has the ability to open and close sales from start to finish.
  • Penetrate the existing client segment by positioning our payments solution as the preferred option
  • A strategic approach to sales with new and existing customers
  • Articulate company value proposition to customers and prospects using a consultative sales approach
  • Sales discipline with respect to identifying opportunities, recording contacts, maintaining the required number of prospects and closing sales on a regular, consistent basis.
  • Ensure that team and individual sales targets are achieved for the payments cross sales team
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Serve as advisor to our employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends and best practices

Education/Experience:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience selling integrated payments to new and existing customers
  • Payments industry experience is a must (5+ years);
  • Proficiency with the Google Workspace & Salesforce
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BS in Business or relevant field
  • Additional certifications are a plus
