Position Summary:

Recura, a PatientNow company, is building an AI-powered growth engine for medical aesthetics and elective care practices. Our platform powers an AI receptionist that manages voice, SMS, scheduling, and payments. These workflows directly impact revenue and patient experience.

As the Founding Product Manager, you will own product strategy and execution across the Recura platform. You will partner closely with the CTO and engineering team to bring structure, clarity, and long-term direction to a rapidly expanding product. This role balances strategy with execution. You will ensure features are grounded in customer workflows and aligned to business outcomes. Your north star is Net Revenue Retention, driven by adoption, value, and a seamless user journey.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the product roadmap across voice, messaging, scheduling, payments, and automation workflows
  • Partner with leadership to define product strategy, priorities, and long-term direction
  • Translate ideas into clear product requirements including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with Engineering and QA to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
  • Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys and identify gaps or inconsistencies
  • Conduct customer interviews and turn insights into product direction
  • Track adoption and product performance to ensure features drive measurable value
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to inform strategy
  • Improve internal communication on what is being built, shipped, and why
  • Ensure product releases are cohesive and avoid fragmented feature development

Education/Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience owning product areas including roadmap, requirements, and delivery
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity
  • Experience working closely with engineering on complex systems
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Strong systems thinking and awareness of cross-functional impact
  • Experience using product metrics such as adoption, retention, or NRR to guide decisions
  • Comfortable challenging ideas with clear reasoning
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, SQL, analytics platforms, or AI-assisted development tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI or automation products
  • Experience with workflow-heavy B2B SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to voice, SMS, payments, or operational systems
  • Experience tying product decisions to retention and revenue outcomes
  • Familiarity with healthcare, aesthetics, or practice management software
