Why this role matters
As our Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll shape the future of how we attract, onboard, and grow with our customers. You’ll lead our entire go-to-market engine including Sales, Client Success, Onboarding, and Support and help us reimagine the client journey using smart, modern tools, including AI.
You’ll be part of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO and working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations. Your north star: delivering an incredible client experience that drives lasting growth … for them and for us.
What you’ll do
- Lead the full revenue journey—from first touch to renewal and expansion
- Unify Sales, Success, Onboarding, and Support into one high-performing, growth-focused org
- Use AI to elevate the experience—think faster onboarding, smarter insights, and proactive support
- Institutionalize process discipline — implement rigorous processes, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, quota setting, and performance tracking
- Build out data-driven processes that drive predictable growth and tighter forecasting
- Create strategies programs that increase lifetime value, deepen relationships, and expand wallet share
- Collaborate closely across the exec team to make sure we’re always aligned on strategy and outcomes
- Be a part of our high performing leadership team, guiding the direction of the PatientNow business
- Hire, coach, and inspire a team of rockstars who thrive in a fast-moving, accountable culture.
What makes you a great fit
- You’ve led full-cycle revenue teams (Sales + Success + Support) at a fast-growing SaaS company (ideally vertical SaaS)
- You’ve scaled recurring revenue businesses… ideally in PE-backed or venture backed growth environments.
- You believe in serving customers through operational excellence
- You love building strong, inclusive teams and bringing out the best in people
- You’re both strategic and hands-on … ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
- You use analytics and insights to predict outcomes, allocate resources, and guide investment decisions ahead of revenue.
- You’ve seen the power of AI and automation to make customers' lives easier and you’re excited to do more of it.
- You’re curious, data-obsessed, and wired to win; You enjoy operating with pace and acting as a change agent. Self-starter.
- 15+ years of revenue leadership: Extensive B2B software/SaaS experience, ideally in growth-stage or private equity-backed environments.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
