About the role

As an Account Manager at Paubox, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing customers. This role will play a key role in driving expansion revenue by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Paubox products and services.


Your day-to-day

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customer engagement
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to drive adoption and maximize the value clients receive from our products
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features, products, or services
  • Develop and execute strategies  to achieve expansion revenue targets
  • Create and present proposals to customers for additional services or product upgrades.
  • Negotiate and close expansion deals
  • Provide insights and recommendations to both customers and internal teams based on account performance
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer needs

  • An ear for hearing buying signals from customers
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas
  • Proficient in HubSpot
  • Ability to think strategically and execute on abstract ideas
  • Adaptability
  • Previous experience selling into healthcare
  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales or revenue-focused account role

Salary data for this role

  • Base annual salary range $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience
  • Commission and bonus plan based on performance
