About the role
Do you have a knack for sparking action and helping customers cross the finish line? We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Sales Coordinator to join us for a 2-3 month contract focused on customer activation. Your mission is simple but critical: connect with newly signed customers who haven't yet started their journey and get them scheduled with our technical implementation team. You’ll be the bridge that turns a signup into a successful, secure implementation, ensuring our customers realize the value of Paubox as quickly as possible.
Your day-to-day
- Drive customer adoption by proactively reaching out to customer who have not yet implemented our solutions to drive urgency and engagement.
- Craft and send personalized emails and conduct light follow-ups to encourage customers to take the next step.
- Assist customers in getting booked on the implementation team’s calendar via scheduling links.
- Identify and remove blockers such as timing issues, internal ownership confusion, or general questions about the next steps for customers.
- Collaborate with the customer success and implementation teams to ensure a seamless handoff for scheduled onboarding sessions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of outreach efforts and success rates to help us evaluate the effectiveness of this new activation motion.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal skills with a talent for professional "persistent-but-polite" follow-up.
- A self-starter mindset focused on meeting booking targets and moving customers through the journey.
- Ability to quickly learn the Paubox product suite and use modern scheduling and CRM tools.
- The ability to understand a customer's specific situation and provide the right nudge to get them back on track.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of 20–30 hours per week with significant overlap during US business hours.
It would be great if you also have
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in sales, customer success, or account management.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for tracking outreach.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where you can help define and refine new processes.
