You’ll join a small but very experienced marketing team where your voice will be heard, and you’ll be the driver of most of your marketing ideas. We’re supportive of each other and talk often, but we get the space we need to be creative too. We absolutely crush it at events and SEO, and we’re looking to open up a new channel and that’s where you come in.
About the role
You’re a marketer obsessed with growing the sales pipeline. You’re the Sales Team’s favorite person, you love crafting compelling messaging and content, and you love deep-diving into a new channel to do things the best way possible.
You’ll help us get in front of the right people in scalable, repeatable ways and build interest and demand for our suite of products.
You’ll join a fast-growing startup that solves a real problem in the healthcare industry - helping companies secure their data and facilitating open communication between providers and patients. If you’ve ever felt frustrated with EHR portals and a lack of communication with your doctor, you’ll understand the problem Paubox solves with this rewarding role.
Your day-to-day
Design and implement demand generation strategies that align with Paubox company and ARR goals
Collaborate with sales and engineering to develop a deep understanding of Paubox products and customers
Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, content marketing, social media, etc.
Oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns from start to finish
Develop and implement lead nurturing programs using HubSpot
Help drive website traffic and conversions through effective SEO practices
Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in growth marketing and demand generation
Build and maintain partnerships with 3rd party websites and communities
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years of deep experience in demand generation
Experience in Mid-market or Enterprise Marketing
Excellent content creation skills and the ability to craft messaging that understands the audience
Comfortable working with design tools like Canva
Experience using Hubspot
