As a Senior Technical Product Manager at PAXAFE, you will own and drive the development of PAXAFE's core product modules and AI-powered intelligence capabilities. You'll be responsible for evolving our 4 flagship modules — Lane Qualification, Data-Agnostic Visibility Command Center, Temperature Release, and Insights (Performance & Risk Monitoring) — while pioneering the integration of LLM and agentic workflows that transform how pharmaceutical supply chain teams interact with and act on supply chain intelligence.
Your primary customers will be pharmaceutical logistics teams, quality assurance managers, supply chain operations leaders, and cold chain specialists who rely on PAXAFE’s CONTXT platform to make critical decisions about temperature-sensitive shipments. You'll also work closely with PAXAFE's internal teams (Solutions Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Customer Success) to ensure our AI capabilities deliver measurable value and seamless user experiences.
This is a strategic, high-ownership position that requires vision, leadership, and technical fluency. You will define product roadmaps, drive execution, and collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver AI-native features that automate decisions, surface insights proactively, and enable natural language interaction with complex supply chain data. You'll be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge LLM and agentic AI technologies to solve real-world pharmaceutical logistics challenges.
· Own the product strategy and roadmap for PAXAFE's 4 core modules: (1) Lane Qualification — carrier, packaging and route performance & risk evaluation and lane qualification workflows, (2) Data-Agnostic Visibility Command Center — operational dashboards and real-time shipment monitoring, (3) Temperature Release — intelligent temperature-release workflows and GxP compliance automation, (4) Insights — analytics & trend analysis, performance & risk monitoring
· Define and prioritize features that deliver measurable customer value, focusing on minimizing scope and maximizing impact for pharmaceutical supply chain operations
· Gather insights through direct customer engagement with pharmaceutical logistics teams, QA managers, and supply chain operations to understand workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes.
· Translate complex pharmaceutical logistics requirements (real-time visibility, GxP compliance, temperature excursions, carrier performance, lane qualification criteria) into intuitive product features that simplify rather than complicate user workflows.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, technically feasible solutions that process diverse data from IoT providers (Sensitech, ELPRO, Controlant, Tive) and 3PL systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL, World Courier, Kuehne+Nagel).
· Balance the needs of multiple user personas across the 4 modules — operations teams monitoring shipments in real-time, QA teams making release decisions, analysts reviewing performance trends, and supply chain leaders qualifying new lanes.
· Pioneer the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI workflows across PAXAFE's product modules to enable natural language queries, automated insights, and autonomous decision-making.
· Design and ship AI-powered features such as: conversational interfaces for supply chain data ("Show me all shipments at risk in the Northeast corridor this week"), automated root cause analysis for temperature excursions, predictive recommendations for lane qualifications, intelligent alerting that surfaces the right information at the right time, and AI-generated performance summaries.
· Define agentic workflows that automate complex multi-step processes: autonomous temperature-release decisions based on contextualized data and compliance rules, proactive risk mitigation actions triggered by predictive models, automated compliance documentation generation, intelligent alert routing and escalation, and self-healing integration workflows.
· Partner with data science and ML teams to leverage PAXAFE's semantic data layer and ontology as the foundation for accurate, context-aware LLM responses and agent actions.
· Stay ahead of emerging trends in LLMs, agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, prompt engineering, and their practical applications in enterprise B2B workflows.
· Define success metrics for AI feature adoption, accuracy, and business impact (e.g., time saved, decisions automated, errors prevented, manual processes eliminated).
· Ensure AI capabilities enhance rather than replace human judgment — designing systems that augment decision-making with transparency, explainability, and user control.
· Work closely with Solutions Engineers to understand implementation challenges and ensure product features reduce integration complexity and accelerate customer time-to-value.
· Collaborate with Design to create intuitive, consumer-grade user experiences for complex pharmaceutical supply chain workflows — making AI-powered insights accessible and actionable for users of varying technical backgrounds.
· Partner with Engineering to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions, balancing innovation with delivery speed and system reliability.
· Coordinate with Data Science and ML teams to ensure model outputs are properly integrated into product experiences and that feedback loops improve model performance over time.
· Document product requirements, user stories, AI model behaviors, and integration patterns to enable consistency and scalability across customer deployments.
· Champion a customer-obsessed, data-first culture where AI enhances rather than replaces human judgment, and where complex problems are solved through thoughtful product design.
· Present product vision, roadmaps, and progress to customers, executives, and stakeholders, translating complex AI capabilities into clear business value and ROI.
· Comfortable speaking directly with operational leadership at pharmaceutical companies to shape solutions, gather feedback, and ensure product-market fit.
· 5+ years in product management (or related technical role), with at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B/SaaS products or data-intensive applications.
· Proven track record shipping highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them — and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished. History of successfully launching and iterating on SaaS and/or B2B products.
· Strong technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, agentic workflows, and their practical applications in enterprise software. You don't need to write production code, but you can hold your own in technical conversations with data scientists and ML engineers.
· Experience building products that leverage LLMs, conversational AI, or autonomous agent systems. You understand the capabilities and limitations of these technologies and know how to apply them to solve real business problems.
· Deep understanding of how to design AI-powered features that enhance user productivity and deliver measurable outcomes rather than creating "AI for AI's sake" — you focus on business value and user adoption.
· Prior experience collaborating with data science, ML engineering, software engineering, and design teams to ship products in a B2B/SaaS environment.
· Ability to establish credibility quickly with technical teams and business stakeholders. You gather, interpret, and prioritize feedback from quantitative data, qualitative user research, and direct customer engagement.

· Experience with iPaaS platforms (Prismatic preferred), Supabase, PostgreSQL, or similar data infrastructure.
· Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or building LLM-powered applications.
· Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance frameworks (GDP, GMP) and their impact on product requirements and workflows.
· Previous experience building analytics products, operational dashboards, real-time monitoring systems, or business intelligence tools.
· Background in enterprise SaaS products serving regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, finance, logistics).
· Master PAXAFE's 4 product modules (Command Center, Automated Temp. Release, Insights, Lane Qualification), customer workflows, and core data flows across the CONTXT platform
· Complete customer and internal user interviews to deeply understand current pain points, feature requests, and AI/automation opportunities
· Identify quick wins for AI-powered enhancements that can deliver immediate value to customers
· Build strong relationships with Engineering, Data Science, Solutions, Design, and Customer Success teams
· Own and deliver at least one high-impact AI feature or module enhancement that demonstrates measurable customer value (e.g., time saved, errors reduced, decisions automated)
· Define success metrics for AI feature adoption, accuracy, and business impact across the 4 modules
· Create a comprehensive AI/LLM integration roadmap for the next 12 months with clear prioritization and customer-validated initiatives
· Establish yourself as the product thought leader on AI capabilities within PAXAFE
· Ship multiple AI-powered features across the 4 modules that demonstrably improve customer workflows, reduce manual effort, and enable faster decision-making
· Launch at least one agentic workflow that automates a multi-step process previously requiring human intervention (e.g., autonomous temperature-release decisions, intelligent alert routing)
· Establish PAXAFE as an AI innovation leader in pharmaceutical cold chain through customer presentations, case studies, webinars, or industry content
· Define and execute product roadmaps for all 4 modules with clear prioritization, customer-validated feature sets, and measurable success criteria
