Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
Job Summary
The Sr HR & Payroll Specialist will be responsible for monitoring labor law changes, preparing payroll and maintaining employment records. You will closely work with the HR Manager in the US to build out the HR department in Poland.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers on any HR, payroll, and office administration queries.
- Onboarding & Offboarding of employees or contractors; Coordinate and implement activities related to employee matters and collecting documentation necessary to properly store employee information in personal files, handling processes related to employment and termination of employment contracts and civil legal contracts.
- Prepare employment contracts in accordance with labor code.
- Record working time and employment.
- Assist in the implementation of human resource policies and procedures; provide guidance and best practices to HR Manager.
- Create reports and provide analysis to HR Manager such as turnover, hiring, etc. Provide recommendations to HR Manager.
- Organize team-building events (company-wide and smaller office events).
- Leading Culture Committee meetings to plan company events.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for the outsourced payroll team
- Prepare necessary employee/B2B contract annexes and/or new agreements for new hires.
- Enter all payments into the bank to be authorized by Accounting manager/CFO/ The Management Board.
- Act as primary contact with the building administration and cleaning service.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the area of HR and payroll.
- University degree in HR, psychology or related area.
- High level of knowledge of Polish regulations around Polish labor law, payroll and social security.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Very good understanding of the differences between various forms of employment and collaboration (employment contract, B2B, contract of mandate).
- Fluency in both Polish and English.
- Ability to commute to the Krakow office two days per week.

The pay range for this role is:
10,000 - 15,000 PLN per month (PCMI Poland)
