QA Automation Engineer

Who We Are 

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers. 

Job Summary

The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts for our SaaS platform. This role will work closely with developers, other QA engineers, and product managers to ensure high-quality software delivery through effective automation strategies.


Essential Functions

  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and scripts to support end-to-end testing of the SaaS platform.
  • Previous work developing and executing automated test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the platform's reliability and performance.
  • Integrating automated tests into a CI/CD pipeline to facilitate continuous testing and rapid feedback during development.
  • Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defect found during automated testing.
  • Working closely with software developers, product managers and other QA team members to understand requirements, test scenarios, and ensure test coverage.
  • Having worked in an environment were you have monitored and analyzed test results, provided actional insights and recommendations for improvements to the development team.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in test automation engineering, focusing on SaaS platforms or similar environments.
  • Experience with languages (e.g., C#, TypeScript) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Pipelines, TeamCity.
  • Experience with SQL Databases (e.g., MS SQL).
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Fluency in Polish as well as English communication skills.
  • Ability to commute to the office in Krakow at least once a week.

The pay range for this role is:

10,000 - 14,500 PLN per month (PCMI Poland)
