Job Description:
This is a hybrid role open to candidates in the Salt Lake City, UT area within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.
As a Senior Product Manager at PDQ, you will be responsible for developing and refining the product roadmap for our cloud-based device management product, Connect. You will work collaboratively with product marketing, UX design and engineering teams and utilize customer product usage data, feedback and market trends to identify opportunities to drive product strategy and improvements that will create the most value for our Connect customers.
What you'll be doing:
Attending daily engineering standups to keep tabs on progress and unblock the engineering team
Conducting research through interviewing customers or prospects to identify underserved needs or opportunities to improve the product
Performing market research to identify risks and opportunities
Analyzing usage data and reporting on product or feature health
Collaborating with the design and engineering teams to develop product requirements, including writing out user stories and epics.
Developing and reporting on a list of KPIs that can be used to measure product health
Refining the roadmap and getting alignment both internally and externally through stakeholder management
Working with teams outside product management to ensure product positioning and product launches are smooth
Stepping in to improve processes around research, development, or product delivery
Creating presentations for internal and external audiences
