PDQ's Core Values: Honesty, Ownership, Collaboration and Improvement

Job Description:

As our Partner Marketing Manager focused on Managed Service Providers (MSPs), you’ll define and deliver the programs that attract and convert high-value partners. This role lives at the intersection of product positioning and pipeline creation. You’ll develop differentiated, MSP-specific messaging and positioning frameworks that resonate across channels and ensure consistent communication across all partner and customer touchpoints.

You’ll draw on real partner needs, competitive insights, and product strengths to build high-performing campaigns. Working closely across the marketing team, and collaborating with the GTM organization and Product teams, you’ll translate product strategy into campaigns that reach the right buyers, with the right message, at the right time. From messaging to campaign execution to optimization, you’ll help us grow awareness within the MSP market, sharpen positioning, and convert intent into pipeline.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing differentiated, MSP-specific messaging and positioning that clearly communicates PDQ’s value in a crowded market
  • Planning and coordinating integrated campaigns across paid, email, webinars, community (and more) to attract and convert high-quality MSP leads
  • Collaborating with the content and media teams to build top-of-funnel assets (e.g., videos, guides, thought leadership) and to reach MSPs where they spend time — from Reddit to trade pubs to Discord, etc.
  • Partnering with GTM and Product teams to translate roadmap milestones and key go-to-market motions into compelling messaging, campaigns, and enablement resources that drive partner adoption and engagement
  • Driving our presence in MSP-facing events — from strategic sponsorships to webinars to partner roadshows — and supporting execution in close partnership with Marketing and other GTM teams.
  • Analyzing campaign performance across the funnel and using insights to optimize targeting, creative, messaging, and offer strategy
  • Monitoring the MSP landscape — including trends, competitors, and partner feedback — to inform ongoing strategy and positioning
  • Contributing to core product marketing initiatives, including customer and market research, persona refinement, sales and partner enablement, and strategic positioning

We're looking for people who have:

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in product, partner, or demand generation roles
  • A deep understanding of how MSPs operate, evaluate tools, and deliver services — and what kind of messaging earns trust
  • Proven ability to craft clear, compelling messaging and turn it into high-performing campaigns and content
  • Experience managing and measuring digital programs across paid, owned, and partner channels
  • Strong collaboration skills — you work well with Sales, Product, and other marketers to align on goals and deliver results
  • A test-and-learn mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics platforms that help track and improve funnel performance
  • The ability to think strategically and execute quickly — you know how to translate positioning into pipeline
  • Comfort leading external-facing moments like webinars, community sessions, or field events — with an eye toward authenticity over polish
  • Familiarity with campaign and analytics tools like Salesforce, HubSpot

Tools we use:

  • Slack
  • Asana
  • Microsoft 365
  • Zoom
  • Hubspot
  • Salesforce
  • Sigma
