Job Description:

Before you apply, please note:

  • This is a hybrid role open to candidates within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.

PDQ is seeking an experienced and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our existing Salesforce Admin and our dynamic Revenue Operations team. Reporting to our Sales Operations leader, this pivotal role focuses on building and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem to support the strategic goals of our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have ambition to extend or will have already extended their expertise beyond traditional Salesforce administration to include a broader range of business systems, with a focus on iPaaS platforms (e.g., Tray.io) and data querying (e.g. SQL).

This role offers a unique "0 to 1 build" opportunity, where, in addition to standard admin responsibilities, you will help pioneer the development and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI capabilities to support our Product Led Growth (PLG) strategy. You will play a key role in shaping how PDQ leverages data and AI to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for using technology to drive efficiency, data integrity, and scalable growth. This role is ideal for someone eager to evolve beyond standard administrative duties and contribute significantly to our automation strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administer and maintain PDQ’s Salesforce environment, managing user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflow automation (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Optimize integrations between Salesforce and key systems (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Tray.io, Sonar, UserGems), ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage a case log for timely resolutions.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance systems, automate processes, and simplify workflows in Salesforce and connected tools.
  • Assist in the "0 to 1 build" and ongoing support of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI features for PLG, including data ingestion, unification, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
  • Document Salesforce configurations, processes, and training materials for end-users.
  • Keep up with Salesforce updates and best practices, recommending and applying improvements.
  • Support data quality efforts, including cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment with tools like Clay.

We're looking for people who have:

  • Ownership: You take responsibility for projects, drive results, and deliver on commitments
  • Honesty: You demonstrate integrity, transparency, and ethical behavior in all interactions
  • Collaboration: You work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a culture of teamwork
  • Improvement: You continuously seek opportunities for growth, innovation, and personal development
  • A proactive problem-solver with an analytical mindset and scalable solutions.
  • A clear communicator, explaining technical concepts to all audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-focused, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Self-motivated and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • A team player with a customer-service mindset, eager to empower others.
  • Passionate about learning new tech, especially in automation, integration, and AI.

We're looking for people who have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and preferably Engagement and Data Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) preferred; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
  • Proven skills in customizing Salesforce (custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, page layouts, record types) and using Salesforce Flow for automation.
  • Experience managing Salesforce integrations, with familiarity or a strong aptitude for iPaaS tools like Tray.io.
  • Proficiency with GTM tech, including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), Data Enrichment (Clay), Data Integration (Tray.io), and sales intelligence tools (Sonar, UserGems).
  • Interest in using AI and machine learning in Salesforce to solve business challenges; experience with AI implementation is a bonus.
  • A track record of leading "0 to 1" projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong data management skills (cleansing, deduplication, import/export, reporting).
