Job Description:

PDQ's Web Manager is an individual contributor role that is critical to scaling, optimizing, and growing one of our most important assets: our websites. This highly collaborative role is responsible for owning all of PDQ’s owned domains to support the entire customer journey. 


What you'll be doing:

  • Own our content management solution to ensure easy scaling and consistency across website efforts, inclusive of training additional team members 
  • Lead relationships with SEO, paid media, design, product marketing, and demand gen teams to build website pages and experiences that support marketing programs   
  • Partner with conversion rate focused team members to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, personalization, and conversion optimizations across key user flows 
  • Coordinate across marketing and ops teams to manage, prioritize, and communicate the work of our front-end development team 
  • Build and maintain an internal roadmap that reflects the priorities of the business for stakeholders to easily view the work planned & prioritized across different sites 
  • Develop and maintain documentation around core user flows, inclusive of key conversion events and interdependencies to ensure uptime across systems 
  • Independently lead website related projects across marketing, ops, and dev teams inclusive of scoping, managing, communicating, and reporting 
  • Own regular reporting to help inform optimizations, campaigns, and prioritization across owned domains 


We're looking for people who have:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at a high growth SaaS company   
  • Proven experience managing a content management system (CMS) and working with front end developers 
  • A positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving 
  • Excellent organizational skills to execute numerous projects and initiatives  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform data-driven decisions 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and own results in a fast-paced environment
