The Customer Marketing Program Manager role at PDQ is an experienced individual contributor position. This role will manage large-scale customer cross-sell campaigns across PDQ’s portfolio of products that help drive towards aggressive revenue targets. They will also own and report on specific customer marketing programs that drive engagement, loyalty, and advocacy, contributing to our customer retention and revenue growth goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Independently develop, implement, and report on specific customer marketing programs, such as cross-sell, onboarding, renewal, retention, and advocacy, at the direction of senior leadership.
- Facilitate and host customer marketing events, including cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, in collaboration with sales, customer success, and technical product experts.
- Develop and implement programs like review and referral that drive brand awareness, credibility, and customer advocacy.
- Measure customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular NPS surveys and leverage insights to inform future customer marketing programs.
- Partner with our product growth team to experiment with in-platform messaging to drive up-sell opportunities and conversions based on user data and customer journey insights.
- Proactively and regularly report on program and campaign performance, providing key insights to senior leadership to inform planning and prioritization.
- Collaborate with broader marketing teams on customer marketing needs, such as go-to-market launches and product updates.
- Analyze data, including product usage, to understand customer pain points and engagement; leverage this data to drive experimentation, establish program strategy, and identify KPIs.
We're looking for people who have:
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Previous experience driving successful customer marketing programs.
- A positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving
- Experience managing and executing customer marketing campaigns across parts of the customer journey
- Strong knowledge of customer marketing principles and tools
- Strong organizational skills to independently execute numerous projects and initiatives by assigned due dates
- Working analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
