Job Description:
PDQ is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our Strategic Account Management team. This role is tailor-made for a builder — someone who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to pull on threads until they become strategies, and isn’t afraid to get in the trenches with reps to figure out what works.
This team’s mission is to drive expansion ARR within our existing customer base — which includes K-12 schools, universities, cities/counties, and state entities — by leveraging strong relationships, network-based referrals, and additional product sales. This is a relatively new motion at PDQ, so we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about shaping and scaling a high-impact expansion strategy from the ground up.
You’ll be the strategic architect and hands-on leader — helping the team succeed by building trust, coaching discovery and pipeline generation, and identifying the connective tissue between one-off customer wins and scalable go-to-market plays.
