Role Summary:

The Senior Customer Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor role that is responsible for driving onboarding, expansion, and renewal efforts across PDQ’s suite of products. This role will work cross-functionally to own programs targeting engagement, loyalty, and advocacy, contributing to customer retention and revenue growth.    

What you'll be doing:

  • Independently develop, implement, and optimize customer marketing programs, such as cross-sell campaigns and onboarding efforts, at the direction of senior leadership. 

  • Partner with other marketing teams including email marketing, content marketing, and product marketing to develop and deploy targeted customer marketing campaigns. 

  • Facilitate and host customer marketing events, including cross-sell events, in collaboration with sales and technical product experts. 

  • Proactively report on program performance, providing key insights to senior leadership to inform planning and prioritization.  

  • Build, maintain, and present reports on supporting KPI performance as defined by senior leadership on a regular basis and in a timely manner. 

  • Drive experimentation of new customer marketing opportunities and tactics based in competitive and audience research. 

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing teams on customer marketing needs, such as go-to-market launches and customer communications. 

  • Assist in analyzing data, including product usage, to understand customer pain points and engagement; provide ideas on how to address opportunities for improvement. 

We're looking for people who have:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience 
  • Previous experience driving successful customer marketing programs

  • Experience managing and executing customer marketing campaigns across parts of the customer journey 

  • Strong knowledge of customer marketing principles and tools 

  • Strong organizational skills to independently execute numerous projects and initiatives by assigned due dates 

  • Working analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform data-driven decisions 

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
