What you'll be doing:
Independently develop, implement, and optimize customer marketing programs, such as cross-sell campaigns and onboarding efforts, at the direction of senior leadership.
Partner with other marketing teams including email marketing, content marketing, and product marketing to develop and deploy targeted customer marketing campaigns.
Facilitate and host customer marketing events, including cross-sell events, in collaboration with sales and technical product experts.
Proactively report on program performance, providing key insights to senior leadership to inform planning and prioritization.
Build, maintain, and present reports on supporting KPI performance as defined by senior leadership on a regular basis and in a timely manner.
Drive experimentation of new customer marketing opportunities and tactics based in competitive and audience research.
Collaborate with the broader marketing teams on customer marketing needs, such as go-to-market launches and customer communications.
Assist in analyzing data, including product usage, to understand customer pain points and engagement; provide ideas on how to address opportunities for improvement.
