As PDQ's Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll lead the Revenue Operations (RevOps) organization. RevOps creates, implements, and manages the information systems (e.g., CRM), reporting, and operational processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. RevOps shares key insights and centralizes information, builds systems that scale, and provides transparency through data for our business that have a direct impact on growth performance. You will bring a data-driven framework to help guide the direction of the organization in every facet of GTM (go-to-market) design and execution.
You will ensure the best tools and processes are in place to maximize efficiency across GTM activities, while also working collaboratively across other departments and functions to create alignment and identify the biggest opportunities for revenue-generating optimizations.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with GTM Leadership to define, optimize, document, and maintain processes to scale effectively and reduce friction
- Identify, select, and onboard scalable tools to ensure sales data visibility cross-functionally; administer Salesforce and other sales-related technologies (Hubspot, Tray.io, Nue, etc.), including Salesforce planning and administration tasks
- Serve as a thought partner to GTM leadership, surfacing data-driven insights and opportunities that drive growth across the customer journey
- Track and analyze results through OKRs, KPIs, and performance/efficiency metrics; support key operating rituals like monthly recaps, and pipeline meetings
- Develop & maintain annual plans for the sales team, including territories and compensation
- Partner with marketing, product, and finance to ensure robust bottom-up planning aligns with top-down company budgets
- Lead, mentor, and unify the RevOps team—breaking down silos, fostering alignment, and building trust both within RevOps and with cross-functional partners
- Ensure organizational excellence by prioritizing, delegating, and executing projects effectively—balancing strategic planning, individual contributor tasks, and cross-functional coordination without letting details fall through the cracks
- Oversee vendor and contractor management, ensuring we maximize ROI on project-based resources
- Oversee sales systems enablement to drive adoption and alignment, including Salesforce adoption and ensuring sales systems/tools reflect the frameworks and methodologies rolled out
- Act as an AI thought partner and implementer, exploring and deploying use cases that increase GTM efficiency and effectiveness
Who you are:
- An excellent communicator and collaborator who builds strong cross-functional relationships and alignment
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle strategic initiatives, people leadership, and individual execution work without losing focus
- A strong team leader who builds cohesion, breaks down silos, and creates a culture of alignment, accountability, and trust
- Technically credible, with solid systems knowledge (esp. Salesforce) and the ability to lead technical resources and projects
- A strategic partner to GTM leadership, helping identify growth opportunities and optimize processes across the funnel
- Comfortable with vendor management, ensuring external contractors and consultants deliver maximum value
- Forward-looking in AI adoption, with ideas for how to leverage AI to improve GTM productivity and insights
- Ownership: You take responsibility for projects, drive results, and deliver on commitments
- Honesty: You demonstrate integrity, transparency, and ethical behavior in all interactions
- Collaboration: You work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a culture of teamwork
- Improvement: You continuously seek opportunities for growth, innovation, and personal development
- 10+ years of experience in GTM functions (preferably at B2B SaaS companies)
- 5+ years of experience in information systems (CRM, marketing automation, etc.) including expertise with Salesforce and various sales and analytic tools
