Job Description:

*This is a full-time role open to remote candidates living in the following US states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.


The Paid Media Senior Specialist is an individual contributor role that is responsible for executing and improving paid media strategies across PDQ’s suite of products. This role is critical to growing awareness and adoption of PDQ products through the deployment and optimization of targeted paid media campaigns that resonate with our technical audience. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns for multiple brands/products, with a focus on search 
  • Manage day-to-day bid adjustments to ensure proper pacing and maximum pipeline impact 
  • Build and deliver reports on major KPI performance as defined by senior leadership on a regular basis 
  • Inform overall paid media strategy and adjustments using KPI reporting and industry best practices 
  • Partner with other members of the growth team to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and conversion rates across key campaigns 
  • Collaborate with broader marketing team to create and optimize campaign assets for other teams 
  • Partner with paid media agency to execute on agreed upon recommendations, providing insights and feedback to optimize performance 
  • Drive experimentation of new paid media marketing opportunities and tactics based in competitive and audience research 

We're looking for people who have:

  • 5+ years of paid media marketing experience, especially in search 
  • Previous success managing paid media campaigns (minimum $300k annual budget) 
  • A positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving 
  • Proven experience managing and executing paid media campaigns across the entire buyer journey 
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms and tools 
  • Strong organizational skills to execute numerous projects and initiatives 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
