Job Description 

This is a hybrid-role open to candidates in the Salt Lake City, UT area with an expectation of three in-office working days at our South Salt Lake City headquarters.  

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex technical projects that have broad visibility and multiple executive level sponsors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Engineering, Finance, Security, and Systems Architecture, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. Immediately, this role will be critical in driving efficiency and innovation within PDQ’s customer billing portal and billing systems, with a long-term outlook of supporting our RevOps function across our Marketing, Sales, and Account Management technology stack. 


How you’ll spend your day: 

  • Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for RevOps initiatives. 

  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution. 

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, convert business requirements into technical tasks to be done, and ensure project alignment. 

  • Leading sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 

  • Managing project backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. 

  • Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks to ensure successful project delivery. 

  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including charters, schedules, status reports, and post-project evaluations. 

  • Working cross-functionally to continuously evaluate and improve project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness. 

 


We’re looking for people who have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a SaaS, IT, or technology-driven environment. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects. 

  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and being flexible in project management styles. 

  • Strong understanding of systems architecture, software development, and IT infrastructure. 

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Tray.io, Asana, HubSpot, and other key platforms used in Revenue Operations. 

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello. 

  • Extra Credit: Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
