Job Description:

The Manager, Acquisition at PDQ will play a critical leadership role in executing innovative, performance-focused strategies across website, paid media, and organic SEO that drive measurable impact on PDQ’s pipeline and growth. This role leads a small team of digital marketers responsible for optimizing owned channels — ensuring our digital presence is effective, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Success in this role requires strong executional skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage paid media programs alongside our paid media manager (e.g., paid search and display), driving experimentation and optimization across channels, and effectively communicating complex performance insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Work with our SEO manager to drive organic search strategy in both traditional and emerging ways, ensuring PDQ products remain visible and authoritative in the evolving AI-driven search landscape. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (website, design, product marketing, demand generation, RevOps) to align campaigns and team initiatives with customer personas and brand standards. 
  • Maintain clear visibility into KPIs across all owned channels through consistent reporting and communication with senior leadership. 
  • Lead advanced analysis of performance data to surface actionable insights, prioritize experiments, and guide strategic decision-making across the demand generation function. 
  • Establish and refine standard processes, sharing best practices across the marketing organization. 
  • Provide guidance, set clear objectives, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. 
  • Present regularly on program performance and outcomes to marketing, revenue, and product leadership, playing a key role in planning and prioritization. 


We're looking for people who have:

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience across paid, and organic channels. 
  • Proven track record of managing digital programs that drive measurable business outcomes, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS/PLG company. 
  • Experience leading and mentoring a small team of digital marketers. 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, and reporting. 
  • Deep understanding of SEO trends and the evolving role of AI in search visibility. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and focus. 
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
