About the role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function. This role will be responsible for driving inbound SaaS customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and creating a cohesive marketing presence that reflects Pear Suite’s mission and impact. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS marketing, a passion for healthcare innovation, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage both customers and stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Inbound Marketing & Demand Generation: Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert inbound leads through content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Brand & Messaging: Establish and maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice, positioning Pear Suite as a leader in healthcare technology and CHW enablement.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, webinars, and email campaigns, to engage prospects and customers.
- Product Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies for new features and offerings, ensuring alignment between product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Marketing Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics, continuously optimizing marketing efforts for growth and ROI.
- Partnership & Community Engagement: Work closely with industry leaders, partners, and community health advocates to amplify Pear Suite’s reach and impact.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team over time, including potential external agency partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or healthcare-related company.
- Proven track record in inbound marketing, demand generation, and brand strategy.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into engaging, accessible content.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing marketing performance and optimizing for growth.

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 180,000 USD per year (Remote)
