About Pearl
Pearl is leading the AI transformation in dentistry. Our technology is used by thousands of practices across the globe to diagnose patients, improve outcomes, and power smarter practice operations. As we continue scaling rapidly across the healthcare landscape, we’re building the infrastructure to support a variety of customers — from solo practitioners to multi-location DSOs to strategic distribution partners.
We’re looking for a Senior Billing Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can help us build scalable, intelligent billing operations that reflect the complexity and ambition of our business model.
Who You Are
You’re detail-oriented, operationally sharp, and energized by solving real business problems. You bring experience supporting multi-channel SaaS billing — from credit card–based SMBs to enterprise invoicing and partner models. You’re not just processing transactions; you’re building systems, spotting inefficiencies, and ensuring revenue flows are clean, accurate, and audit-ready.
What You'll Do
- Own invoice generation and accuracy across Pearl’s three primary billing motions: SMB, DSO, and Partner
- Maintain contract-to-invoice alignment by auditing customer contracts against deployment status and product activations
- Partner with RevOps and Customer Success to ensure billing is triggered appropriately based on onboarding milestones
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies quickly and professionally — often involving multiple stakeholders
- Track and report on revenue from Partner customers based on location-level activations
- Managing billing as it relates to collections, AR aging, credit card expirations, and monthly close
- Support future billing transitions (e.g., partners to direct billing) with clear, documented processes
- Help implement or optimize billing tools and workflows to reduce manual touch
- Maintain documentation and controls in compliance with audit and revenue recognition standards
- Respond to internal and external billing inquiries with clarity, empathy, and speed
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
- SaaS or tech-enabled services experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with complex billing models — including enterprise, channel/partner, or multi-location clients
- High attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and strong ownership mentality
- Comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external enterprise stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with tools like Stripe, Hubspot, Quickbooks a plus
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated environments is a bonus
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building while scaling
What We Offer
