Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Director of Product Marketing to build and lead this function — shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted globally. Pearl is now crossing the chasm, scaling from early adopters to mainstream adoption. This leader will play a pivotal role in translating innovation into broad market impact and ensuring the whole product experience delivers measurable value across the industry.
This role partners closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define the strategy and story behind Pearl’s innovation. The ideal candidate combines strategic depth with a hands-on approach and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. For the right person, this opportunity offers significant scope for impact and long-term leadership growth.

Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.
- Partner with our Product and Customer Success teams to conduct ongoing customer research — interviews, surveys, and usage analysis — to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities that inform product direction and messaging.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer segments, buyer personas, ideal client profiles, and market trends to inform roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
Product Partnership & Go-to-Market Execution
- Collaborate closely with Product leadership to influence roadmap prioritization, validate market needs, and ensure each release resonates with target users.
- Work in close partnership with the Revenue Leadership team to align product launches, messaging, and enablement with sales and channel strategies.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and partnerships — connecting customer needs to commercial outcomes.
- Build and execute launch plans with measurable success metrics, from awareness to adoption and retention.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Leadership team to ensure product positioning, enablement, and GTM initiatives drive commercial success.
Sales Enablement & Market Awareness
- Drive global sales enablement strategy — defining the narratives, frameworks, and tools that empower sales and partner teams to articulate Pearl’s value across all segments.
- Equip revenue teams with clear, differentiated messaging and competitive positioning to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates.
- Partner with the broader Marketing organization to align content strategy, campaigns, PR, and paid media with go-to-market priorities and product launches.
Measurement & Leadership
- Define and track key performance indicators that connect product marketing impact to company growth — including Net New ARR, Net Dollar Retention, customer lifecycle value, product adoption rates, feature engagement, and win/loss trends — to inform strategy and executive decision-making.
