  • Full-stack product manager who can switch fluidly between technical architecture, user experience, and go-to-market conversations
  • Strategic thinker who can define and communicate a clear product vision for clinician-facing web apps.
  • Strong executor who scopes tightly, ships quickly, and iterates based on feedback
  • Cross-functional catalyst who unites engineering, design, machine learning, sales, and customer success around shared goals
  • Data-driven decision-maker who sets success metrics, designs experiments, and adjusts course when the evidence changes.
  • Storyteller who can translate complex technical topics into crisp, motivating narratives for both internal teams and external customers.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of product management experience owning end-to-end delivery of B2B SaaS products, ideally at growth-stage companies.
  • Communication: exceptional cross-functional communication that simplifies complexity for executives, clinicians, engineers, and customers alike.
  • Execution: proven track record of shipping value fast.
  • Technical Aptitude: technical fluency that lets you debate architecture trade-offs, read API docs, and self-serve analytics with SQL or BI tools.
  • Resourcefulness: entrepreneurial drive to lead high-impact initiatives with limited resources and a bias for informed action.
  • Customer Focus: with a willingness to conduct on-site observations, user interviews, and deep process mapping.
