What We’re Looking for

As a senior designer at Pearl, you will have the autonomy to make a lasting impact and the opportunity to build something meaningful in the  AI healthcare space. You'll be joining at the perfect time to help define what our company becomes as we enter our next stage of growth. You will report to the Lead Product Designer and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure our design approach meets user needs and business goals.

What you'll be doing

• Strategy and vision: Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to design our web application experiences
• Quality Products: Create beautiful, polished, and delightful interfaces that create trust with our customers
• Elevate Design: Help develop and maintain our design system to keep our product looking and feeling consistent.
• Process Improvement: Refine and improve design processes and practices to help the team deliver their best work.
• Get Scrappy: Put your design skills to work throughout the company, from polishing our website to crafting marketing materials
• User Research: Be the voice of our customers and help us build products that solve their problems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience, including 2+ years designing for web platforms and applications
• Deep understanding of design principles and their practical application for user interface and user experience design.
• Portfolio demonstrating your design chops and problem-solving approach.
• A love for collaboration, with a team-first mindset that promotes group projects and positive working relationships
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with current design workflows
• Self-motivated creative thinker who takes ownership and drives innovation while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong prototyping skills with the ability to quickly iterate on designs and effectively communicate concepts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of web application standards, and the ability to know when to follow conventions and when to push boundaries
