Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced, data driven VP of International Sales who will oversee our sales operations across Europe and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SaaS leadership and a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams. This role is crucial to driving our international growth and expanding our global footprint in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an international sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand Pearl’s market presence internationally.
- Hire and lead a team of sales managers, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, integration partners and dental distributors across different regions.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strategies for capitalizing on them.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and partnership teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Drive sales performance metrics and execute improvements
- Be the face ofPearl at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Pearl remains a market leader.
- Engage effectively with the C-suite, providing regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and international growth strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams internationally.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of international markets and their dynamics. Knowledge of the dental required.
- World class communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience selling into Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and establishing relationships with DSO management.
- Experience negotiating with C-suite decision-makers in large dental organizations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs (approximately 25-40%).
