Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Sales Enablement & Training Manager to join our team full-time at our Lehi office. This role is crucial to accelerating the productivity and success of our growing sales team. You will lead all aspects of sales onboarding, product training, coaching, and go-to-market enablement. You’ll develop resources and deliver programs that ensure our reps are equipped to effectively communicate Pearl’s value to a diverse set of customers across dental, public health, and payer segments.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication skills, public speaking experience, and a deep understanding of how to drive behavior change through coaching and instructional design. Dental or healthcare SaaS experience is strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales onboarding process—from designing the experience to delivering training for new reps across product, process, positioning, and tools.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, enablement collateral, demo scripts, objection handling guides, and pitch decks that support each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Provide regular coaching to reps via call reviews, live demo observations, and structured training sessions to improve skills, consistency, and confidence.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience to keep the team aligned on messaging, ICP evolution, and product updates.
  • Implement and manage ongoing learning programs for new product launches, market updates, and continuous skill development.
  • Track and report on key enablement metrics (ramp time, content adoption, knowledge retention, win rates) to measure training effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
  • Act as a knowledge champion for all things Pearl—ensuring reps stay current on our AI technology, dental workflows, and industry trends.
  • Lead internal workshops, role plays, and team sessions that foster peer learning and sales excellence.
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm to every training interaction—building trust, boosting morale, and reinforcing a culture of high performance.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or sales leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the dental industry and/or dental SaaS workflows, technologies, and sales motions.
  • Proven experience coaching sales reps across multiple stages of their career—from onboarding through performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading group trainings, executive briefings, and large team sessions.
  • Track record of creating effective training programs and collateral (presentations, sales decks, email templates, one-pagers, etc.).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Notion, Google Slides).
  • A growth mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.

  • In-office availability Monday through Friday at our Lehi, UT headquarters.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Lehi, UT. Remote work is not available for this role.
