Project Estimating Administrator
The Project Estimating Administrator is responsible for completing administrative tasks related to customer contact and follow-up activities, qualifying leads for rough estimating, and helping to maximize sales closing opportunities.
This is a temporary/seasonal position, lasting roughly from May until November.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Rough Estimating Manager to meet contact and sales goals.
- Work closely with Project Estimating Manager, customer support, Leads Manager and
- Sales Support Manager to monitor sales leads, opportunities, follow-ups via phone,
- Schedule estimate appointments for Sales Reps.
- Help monitor close rates for the Rough Estimating Team.
- Help identify the need to add resources, marketing, or promotions to help increase sales close rates.
- Contribute to the evaluation of our current sales and estimating process design/workflow and assist in identifying improvements.
- Support the growth and assist meeting revenue targets along with future growth goals.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with supporting, following-up, scheduling estimate appointments and assisting with the estimating process for sales representatives.
- Assist with other customer experience department tasks as needed.
