What You’ll Do:

Originate deals by identifying and reaching out to potential sellers.
Assist with due diligence, financial modeling (LBO/DCF), and CRM management.
Participate in high-level deal discussions and strategy meetings.
Support the investment team in analyzing and structuring acquisitions.

The Details:

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
Hours: Minimum 15 hrs/week (flexible, but calls require EDT availability)
Start Date: ASAP (preference for candidates who can start immediately)
Compensation: Unpaid (but the experience is priceless)
