Responsibilities:
- Weld Like a Pro: Utilize your expertise in MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal parts and components with precision.
- Read the Blueprint: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine the best approach for each project, ensuring flawless results.
- Work with Premium Materials: Select the right materials (steel, aluminium, stainless steel) and consumables (rods, wires) based on job specifications to guarantee top-quality welds.
- Quality is Key: Inspect and test welded joints for strength, durability, and precision to meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Operate with Precision: Handle welding machines, cutters, grinders, and other essential tools to prepare materials and finish each job with excellence.
- Maintain Your Tools: Regularly inspect and maintain welding equipment to keep everything in peak working condition. Report any issues to ensure no project delays.
- Safety First: Follow strict safety protocols, use protective gear, and maintain a clean, safe work environment to minimize risks.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with team members—including machine operators and quality inspectors—to meet project deadlines and quality goals.
- Handle Repairs & Modifications: Tackle repairs on defective parts and modify structures or products to match client specifications.
- Document Your Work: Maintain detailed records of completed projects, including materials used, time spent, and any troubleshooting performed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on welding experience in a machine shop or industrial setting. You’re no stranger to the challenges of welding in a high-performance environment.
- Skills: Proficient in multiple welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick). You know how to read blueprints and interpret welding symbols like a pro.
- Metal Mastery: Comfortable working with various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, delivering impeccable results every time.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to inspect and test work for precision, ensuring the highest quality welds are achieved.
- Tool Expertise: Familiar with machine shop tools and equipment such as grinders, drills, and cutting machines—keeping everything in top shape.
- Safety Savvy: Understanding of safety regulations related to welding and working in a manufacturing environment, always prioritizing a safe workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Welding certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Welder, MIG/TIG certification) are a plus, demonstrating your commitment to the craft.
- CNC Experience: Familiarity with CNC machines or automated welding equipment is a bonus.

The pay range for this role is:
25 - 38 USD per hour (Anaheim, CA)
