What You’ll Do:

  • Precision Assembly: Transform machine parts and components into high-quality finished products by following blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Master Your Tools: Work with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to ensure precise, secure, and seamless builds.
  • Blueprint & Work Order Interpretation: Read and execute detailed technical instructions to ensure each product is built to exact specifications.
  • Quality at Every Step: Inspect, test, and adjust assembled components to ensure flawless functionality and industry-leading quality standards.
  • Keep It Running Smoothly: Perform maintenance on assembly tools and report any machinery issues to keep production flowing.
  • Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with machine operators, quality control specialists, and production supervisors to meet deadlines and refine processes.
  • Problem Solve & Improve: Identify issues, troubleshoot assembly challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, machine shop work, or manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed assembly records.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or training in mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
  • Experience with pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with quality control tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or process improvement techniques.
  • Experience assembling complex or precision machine components.
