What You’ll Do:

  • Precision Assembly: Assemble machine parts and components into finished products by following blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed work orders. Your skill ensures every piece fits perfectly.
  • Tool Expertise: Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment with finesse, ensuring each component is assembled to the highest standards.
  • Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders, making sure every assembly aligns perfectly and operates seamlessly.
  • Quality Control: You’re not just assembling—you’re inspecting. Spot and correct any imperfections, ensuring only top-quality products reach the next phase.
  • Performance Testing: Conduct functional tests on assembled products and fine-tune for optimal performance. Your eye for detail ensures that everything works as it should.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other departments, like quality control and machine operators, to ensure production goals are met on time and with precision.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: You’ve got at least 1-2 years of hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing or mechanical environment, and you’re comfortable using both hand and power tools.
  • Skills: You’ve got the technical know-how to read blueprints, interpret work orders, and assemble components with incredible precision.
  • Attention to Detail: Your eye for detail is unmatched. You’ll spot even the smallest imperfections before they become problems.
