About PerfectingPeds
At PerfectingPeds, we are redefining the standard of care for pediatric health. We are
moving beyond standard care models to create a predictive, responsive, and personalized
healthcare ecosystem. Our mission is to ensure technology acts as the invisible hand
supporting pediatric pharmacists, parents, and patients.
We are looking for a Visionary Builder—someone who can own the vision for an AI-
enhanced health platform in the morning and push the APEX or Omniscript code to make it
real by the afternoon.
This role is for a leader who thrives in a high-velocity startup environment. You will own the
RxJr platform, leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud as the foundation and AI optimization
as the differentiator. You will work lock-step with our Product Team and Executives to turn
our ambitious vision into a shipped reality—fast.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the U.S. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship or transfers at this time.
1. Visionary Architecture & AI Strategy
• The North Star: Partner with leadership to define the "AI-First" roadmap for RxJr.
You will decide how we use generative AI and predictive modeling to automate
triage, enhance provider workflows, and revolutionize pediatric care coordination.
• System of Intelligence: Move us beyond a "System of Record." You will architect
the integration of LLMs within the Salesforce ecosystem to create a platform that
thinks with our providers.2. "Day 1" Hands-On Coding
• Builder First: This is not a clipboard-management role. On Day 1, you must be
ready to write code, configure flows, and debug integrations. You are the lead
engineer as the team scales.
• Deep Salesforce Dev: You will personally handle complex APEX, Omniscript, LWC,
and API integrations, ensuring the core functionality is robust before delegating.
3. Startup Speed & Iteration
• Rapid Prototyping: We optimize for learning and speed. You must be comfortable
shipping MVPs, gathering feedback, and iterating immediately.
• Testing Culture: Implement a rigorous but fast automated testing framework. We
need to break things to learn, but we cannot break the user experience.
• Velocity: You embrace the startup pace. You prioritize shipping value over
perfecting bureaucracy.
Logistics & Fit:
• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• Time Zone: Strong preference for Eastern Standard Time (EST) to align with
executive stakeholders and core operations.
• Startup DNA: You have thrived in early-stage environments where resources are
lean, timelines are tight, and "that's not my job" is never said.
Technical Expertise:
• Salesforce Health Cloud Authority: 7+ years of deep Salesforce development. You
don't just know Health Cloud; you know how to bend it to your will.
• AI Implementation: Experience (or significant personal projects) involving the
integration of AI/LLMs into business workflows. You understand how to bridge the
gap between Salesforce data and AI optimization.
• Full Stack Capability: Proficiency in Omniscript, APEX, LWC, SOQL, and
REST/SOAP APIs is non-negotiable.
Leadership Style:• The "Player-Coach": You are a senior leader who leads from the front lines of the
code repository, not just from the boardroom.
• Product-Minded: You understand that great engineering serves the product vision.
You can translate "improve patient outcomes" into specific technical deliverables
alongside our product leadership.
• Immediate Impact: You will be building the core platform, not tweaking a legacy
system. Your fingerprints will be on every part of the codebase.
• The AI Frontier: This is a rare chance to apply cutting-edge AI to a tangible, high-
stakes domain (pediatric health).
• Visionary Team: Join a leadership team that values speed, innovation, and
technical courage.
