We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, sales-oriented Onboarding Representative to join our WildApricot Sales team. This is where you can combine your passion for customer service with consultative sales skills and help mission-driven organizations grow.

Your Impact

When someone signs up for a 60-day free trial with Wild Apricot, you are the key to their success. You’ll be their trusted advisor, ensuring they see value quickly, stay on track with setup, and are excited to become paying customers. Your role will be a high-impact, front-line role where you will directly influence revenue growth and help mission-driven organizations succeed.

 

This is a unique mix of customer experience and product support and sales; ideal for someone who loves helping people succeed with their customer service background and also interested in sales and driven to hit measurable goals.

 

Here’s how you will make a significant impact:

  • Engage trial users proactively through email, phone, chat, and live demos
  • Deliver a world-class onboarding experience that makes upgrading to a paid account the natural choice
  • Meet and exceed sales activity metrics and conversion goals
  • Deeply understand our target market, their challenges, and how we help solve them
  • Provide feedback to improve the trial experience, helping shape the future of Wild Apricot
  • Play a direct role in driving Personify’s growth and revenue

 

What You Bring

  • Customer-Facing SaaS Experience: You’ve worked in product support, onboarding, or customer success and know how to guide users through software setup and solve problems.
  • Curious & Growth-Minded: Interest  to grow into a sales role, motivated by goals and excited to celebrate each conversion win.
  • Trusted Guide: You enjoy being the go-to person who keeps customers on track, answers questions clearly, and removes roadblocks.
  • Tech-Savvy & Resourceful: Comfortable using CRMs, chat tools, email automation, and video demos. Bonus points if you know a bit of HTML/CSS.
  • Clear Communicator: You can explain technical concepts simply and confidently in writing, over the phone, and on-screen shares.
  • Organized & Accountable: Able to manage multiple trial accounts, follow-ups, and metrics without losing momentum.
  • Optimism: Positive, collaborative, and energized by being part of a remote-first, high-performance team.
