About the role

Here at PetScreening, we are looking for an employee who has drive, tenacity, and a positive mental attitude. Someone who thrives off of wins and is ready to join the fast-paced life of a midsize tech start-up. PetScreening is the fastest-growing PetTech - PropTech SaaS company. We help property managers and housing providers manage residents' pets and assistance animals. We also help non-pet owners be held accountable to their communities with no pet policies, which in turn creates a more responsible community environment. Our proprietary screening platform adds an additional layer of liability protection by having a standardized process when dealing with household pets and assistance animals.

Objectives
  • Work in tandem with our sales, support, and client operations teams to successfully launch and retain accounts.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships to increase software adoption and collect relevant feedback on their experience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, keeping track of dashboard performance, meeting notes, upcoming events, and action items.
  • Work with supervisor and other team members to ensure that client growth goals and KPIs are met.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our software platform, including products and services, to achieve the highest level of revenue and success for our clients.

What you'll do

  • Successfully launch new accounts by ensuring that they are correctly configured, clients are trained, and tools are provided to optimize the software platform use on a daily basis.
  • Manage new resources, acquisitions, account-personnel changes, and other updates or questions coming from properties day-to-day via email, phone, or virtual meeting.
  • Communicate with clients at designated touch points to proactively share product updates, performance thus far, and tips on using the software to its fullest potential.
  • Assist with or host Q&A sessions for existing clients on an as-needed basis to meet business demands.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences with sales team members to promote PetScreening services to new and existing clients. 
  • Quarterly onsite visits with current clients for growth and adoption opportunities. 
  • Completing account evaluations of existing portfolio to determine compliance and compile strategies to meet PetScreening goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of experience (minimum) in sales and/or client success.
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients through various methods.
  • Preferred: Experience with software startups and/or property management.
  • Preferred: Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and other workflow tools.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience working with multiple accounts simultaneously.
