Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our customer support teams and enhancing their decision-making capabilities within Zendesk. The ideal candidate will manage and build custom dashboards and innovative solutions that directly impact customer experience, as well as collaborate with stakeholders to define and understand both functional and non-functional business requirements. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze client feedback to ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Manage the implementation and development of enhancements for Zendesk and other internal products, including but not limited to:
    • Chat bots
    • Reporting
    • Dashboards
    • Content Management Systems
    • AI/Self-service solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of PetScreening’s products and services to provide targeted recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from various teams, including product management, customer support, and technical teams, to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and innovate practical and scalable solutions.
  • Submit support tickets within Zendesk to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Work closely with Zendesk representatives and the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
  • Help manage the backlog and prioritize initiatives for internal products in collaboration with customer experience teams, sales, marketing, and design teams.
  • Communicate product vision, requirements, and enhancements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally partnering with or within product management teams.
  • Hands-on experience working in and with Zendesk, including its reporting and dashboard capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/self-service tools and chatbots in Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management and reporting systems.
