Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Operations Associate. In this critical role, you will play an essential part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients while fostering exceptional client relationships. If you possess strong technical aptitude, an analytical mindset, and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
- Build and meticulously manage client accounts throughout the onboarding process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Manage and update contacts within the Learning Management System.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the onboarding experience and optimize processes for improved client outcomes.
Software Integrations:
- Set up essential software integrations as part of the account building process.
- Diagnose and address integration issues reported by clients and internal teams.
- Communicate resolutions or next steps with clients in a clear, non-technical manner while collaborating with internal teams (Client Success Team, Integration Specialist Team) when necessary.
Technical Aptitude:
- Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude with a proactive willingness to learn.
- Engage in training to understand and execute API calls using tools such as Postman.
- Apply technical concepts effectively in practical scenarios.
CRM Proficiency:
- Utilize HubSpot for client interactions and data management with proficiency.
- Familiarity with other CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience in creating and managing CRM workflows is advantageous.
Communication:
- Utilize Zendesk and email for transparent and timely communication with clients.
- Maintain high standards of communication throughout the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude; willingness to learn API calls in Postman.
- Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Inquisitive and investigative nature, demonstrating a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
